By enrolling in programs at HU International / National Institute of Psychology and Research (NIPR), you agree to the following terms.

  1. Admissions & Registration

  •  Admission confirmed only after fee payment & accurate registration.

  •  False details may lead to cancellation.

  •  Registration numbers required for class participation.

  2. Courses & Training

  • 75% minimum attendance required for certification.

  • Recorded sessions are supplementary, not replacements.

  • Institute may adjust schedules, trainers, or content.

  3. Fees & Payments

  •  Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (exceptions only by management).

  •  Pending dues may withhold certificates.

​

  4. Certification & Evaluation

  • Issued only after fulfilling attendance, exams, assignments, and reviews.

  •  Administrative charges apply for reprints, duplicates, or late requests.

  5. Student Conduct

  •  Professional conduct required in classes & groups.

  •  Unauthorized sharing of links, materials, or recordings prohibited.

  • Misconduct may lead to removal without refund.​

  6. Intellectual Property

All materials (videos, slides, resources) belong to HU International / NIPR.
No reproduction without prior written consent.

  7. Privacy & Data Protection

Data collected will be handled per the Privacy Policy.

​

  8. Limitation of Liability

  • Institute not liable for internet failures, power outages, or disruptions beyond control.*

  • No guarantee of job placement, though programs enhance employability.

  9. Policy Updates

Terms may be updated and published on the official website.
