1. Will I receive the material covered in the class?
Yes, students are entitled to receive all the material taught in the class. The material will be sent within 24 hours through WhatsApp.
2. Is it possible to get a recording of the course if I miss a session?
We don't encourage students to watch recorded videos, as attending the class live is mandatory, and a 75% attendance is required to appear for examinations. If you are unable to attend a session due to unavoidable circumstances, you can request the recording from the coordinator personally. Typically, it takes 24 hours to receive the recorded videos.
3. How long are recorded videos available for viewing?
Recorded videos will be available for a minimum of 15 days and a maximum until the cloud storage is accessible.
4. How can I inquire about new courses, fees, study materials, and recorded sessions?
For any matters related to administration and support, inquiries regarding new courses, detailed fee structures, study materials, and recorded sessions, please contact the dedicated course coordinator who facilitated your initial admission and added you to the WhatsApp group.
5. Who should I contact for doubt clarification on subjects covered in the classroom ?
If you have queries regarding the subjects covered in the classroom, connect with our compassionate Student Support Executives at +94776346143 (for srilanka )and 919150103576 (for India ) through WhatsApp (Voice or Text messages only). For subject-related queries, it is recommended to ask questions during class hours.
6. Is there a community space for sharing materials and receiving class-related updates?
Yes, an inclusive WhatsApp Community has been curated for pertinent groups to share materials and receive class-related updates. Please refrain from sending requests to join unrelated groups within the community. Avoid direct communication with the WhatsApp Community Admin, as their primary role is to convey messages from authoritative figures.
7. Can I contact the trainers personally for doubt clearance after class hours?
It is recommended to seek clarification from the respective trainers by asking questions during class hours. Contacting them personally after class for doubt clearance is not encouraged.
8. What if I don't get any support from the Coordinator or SSE even if I approached them many times?
If you are not receiving assistance from the respective Coordinator or SSE, you can send the screenshot and the messages you sent to them to the Chief Trainer through
WhatsApp for issue resolution.
9. How can I get the Zoom link to attend the sessions?
The Zoom Meeting Link will be sent through the WhatsApp group community. Utilize this link consistently for your sessions. Note that the link might undergo occasional changes, and you will be notified accordingly. The meeting room opens 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
10. Is it necessary to mention my name while attending the class?
Yes, it is mandatory to mention your registration number and registered name (e.g., 1V47-Kumar); the host will only accept participants with the registered name. No students will be allowed to attend the class without this identity. This measure is strictly followed to maintain the safety of the students and to avoid outsiders joining and creating unnecessary issues.
11. What if I am removed from the class by Host or Co-host?
Prior information will not be given before removing students if the ground rules are not followed. If you are removed from the class for not mentioning your registration number and name, you can join again by using a different device by following the guidelines, as the same device may not accept you to enter the meeting.
12. How do I keep my registered number and name?
While entering the Zoom meeting, it will ask for your name. You can enter the registration number and name or, after entering, immediately click on your display name and choose the option "Rename" to make any necessary changes.
13. If I missed the course material shared on WhatsApp due to device issues, can I request the material again?
Yes, you can request it again by contacting the facilitator on WhatsApp at 917397733575
There is an administrative charge of INR 170 or LKR 450 per chapter or for any particular class material from a chapter. Ensure you pay the fee for each chapter you need and send the screenshot of the payment. The facilitator will then provide you with the requested material.
